Prosciutto Puff Pastry Pinwheels!!

Looking for a yummy starter for your next Ladies night get together?!
Well here you go!!


Prosciutto Puff Pastry Rounds
From the Kitchen of Demarle at Home
Ingredients:
1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed in the refrigerator
½ cup Demarle at Home Hot & Sweet Mustard
8 oz thinly sliced prosciutto
3 tbsp cream cheese, at room temperature
½ tsp onion powder
½ cup parmesan cheese
1 egg, beaten with 1 tbsp water (for egg wash)
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Place your Silpat® on a perforated baking sheet.
2. Remove one puff pastry roll from package. Unroll and place on the Roul’Pat®.
3. Spread the Hot & Sweet Mustard over the puff pastry. Place the prosciutto in an
even layer over the mustard.
4. Combine cream cheese, onion powder and parmesan cheese in a bowl, mixing until
well combined. Spread on top of prosciutto layer.
5. Roll puff pastry gently on the Roul’Pat® lengthwise in a jelly roll fashion, pressing
to seal the edges. Place the seam side down on the Silpat®. Brush with egg wash,
using the Silicone Pastry Brush.
6. Bake for about 20 minutes, until lightly golden. Let rest for 10 minutes; remove
from the Silpat® and slice.
